- Provide the automation, website, or tech services you requested
- Send you service updates directly related to your project
We will not send you marketing emails or SMS messages without your explicit consent. If you submit the contact form, you are consenting to receive a reply about your inquiry — nothing more.
How We Use It
Your information is used only to follow up on your inquiry and deliver our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
To operate our services, your information may pass through third-party tools we use:
- n8n — workflow automation platform that routes form submissions to our inbox
- Twilio — used to send SMS messages as part of your automation setup (only if you are a client)
- Google Sheets — used internally to manage client projects
All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection standards.
SMS Communications
If you become a TradeForge client and request SMS automation, your customers' phone numbers will be used solely to send service-related messages on your behalf. We will never use client customer data for our own marketing.
To opt out of any SMS communication from us, reply STOP at any time. To opt out of email communication, reply to any email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months. Active client project records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 2 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
Your Rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent for future communications
- Request deletion of your personal information
