Exact scope, pricing, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins. Verbal agreements are not binding.

Payment

Setup fees are due before work begins or as agreed in your service quote. Monthly retainer fees are invoiced at the start of each billing period. We accept e-transfer, credit card (via invoice link), and cheque.

Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge on balances outstanding beyond 30 days.

Delivery and Timelines

Website projects are delivered within 48 hours of receiving a completed intake form and required assets (logo files, photos, copy). Automation builds are typically completed within 3–5 business days of intake. On-site tech visits are scheduled based on availability — same-day service is offered when possible.

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by client response delays, third-party platform issues, or scope changes.

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes one round of revisions at no extra charge. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original quote will be billed at our standard hourly rate, agreed upon before work proceeds.

Cancellation and Refunds

Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refund is provided for the current billing period.

For one-time setup projects: a full refund is available if work has not yet begun. Once work has started, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion based on work completed. No refund is provided after final delivery.

On-site tech visits are non-refundable once the technician has been dispatched.
